On Monday, the most exciting event of Glasgow Handball life happened ( no no nothing to do with a Scottich cup final against Tryst  ), it was the AGM. Many things were discussed about next year and hopefully it will be a better year for the men team. Hope to see some kind of sum up of the meeting soon of this web site, I even may write it. GHC held its 2008 AGM on 5 June 2008, and the minutes are currently being reviewed by a Committee member. Once agreed the minutes will be emailed to all club members. Important points to note for season 2008-09 will also be included. |

GHC Women Win League & Cup |

GHC women won the Scottish Cup at Inverclyde on 17 May 2008, after defeating Edinburgh after a tense penalty shoot out. The Scottish Cup is the final domestic trophy that can be won, and GHC can add this to the League title and also University Championships in which has been a very big year for the club. GHC were 4 goals down at half time and quickly turned things around at the start of the second half and key goals by Ania Kesiak got GHC back in their stride. |
